At first…….we were just MAUI TERIYAKI

Established in 1995 on Tower Rd, Maui Teriyaki has been “home of the famous chicken bowl”.

Over the years, we’ve opened up locations near UF, near Shands, on 34th St, and in the cities of Alachua and Ocala.

In 2014, we moved our operations to Newberry Square, then moved again to SW 16th Avenue near Shands in 2020. In late 2021, we have moved back to Tower Rd.

7 years as Sushi2GoTower

In 2014, the Tower Rd location became Sushi2goTower, serving delicious sushi rolls, bowls, and burritos. In 2022, MAUI TERIYAKI & SUSHI came to be - serving all the goodness that the two previous operations used to offer.

Classic & New Offerings

We have expanded our menu to include flavored teas (with or without non-dairy creamer) with a variety of boba to choose from.

And as we get to know our customers and their preferences, we strive to accommodate special requests such as vegan, gluten-free, low-glycemic and keto dishes.
